Heli Air today launched their new training operation at Thruxton, replacing the now defunct FAST Helicopters operation. Information from a 3rd party today seemed to suggest that Heli Air will take over the old FAST operation at Fairoaks in due course and even potentially take over the FAST training school & maintenance operations at Shoreham in the next few weeks. All to be confirmed...Today Heli Air had the new R66 N4502G on duty doing flights for the spectators braving the cold.

N66NN, R44 G-NIKX, B47 G-CHOP & EC120 G-LHMS so bit of a dismal turn out, probably weather related - it was -1 with a wind chill to about -7!
On the ramp skillfully looking like attendee's were...
G-GRWW, G-PROJ, G-WALI, G-GERS, G-OCOV, G-CECX, G-BXKL, G-ROCR. Helimed was G-BZRS as usual.
