A regular over-the-top sighting going from it's south west base to London is Bell 206B (2270) G-RNBW, this flew into the field last week and is now at Heliwork for some maintenance work.
Another JetRanger coming in for maintenance and restoration to airworthiness is Bell 206B (925) G-SDCI which has been in storage for a couple of years. It should be arriving by road this week.
Agusta A109E (11769) N53BK is in for paint for Arena Aviation Ltd., one of a pair of machines recently acquired by them, these will go onto the G- register for AOC work after they are painted. N53BK should transfer to G-TXTV and emerge in a dark blue\silver scheme. The sister ship is A109E (11732) which is currently registered N365TV, this should come in for a new black\silver paint scheme in the next couple of months and then become G-RXTV.
R22B (3217) G-OCOV arrived at Heli Air last week and should be wheeled around to the paintshop this week for repaint.
R22B (2048) G-BUBW has just been rebuilt by HQ Aviation Ltd. at Denham and has been sold to a new owner - Julian Darker who had R22B (0534) G-JATD in the early 2000's. This newly rebuilt machine is in the process of re-registered with new marks and is coming to Thruxton for a new paint scheme over the next couple of weeks.
EC120B (1695) G-WADD arrives by road from Denham on 06/09 and is here for paint.
Finally R66 (0727) G-PODD is scheduled to arrive in September as well..... back to being a busy place again!!!
