Normally Dorset based Bell 206B N206HE popped into Thruxton today, not sure where on the airfield the occupants went, but it landed outside INAER, but they didn't visit them. Also flying was the Spitfire G-ILDA (which is to be auctioned at Bonhams on 20th April - and is expected to fetch £1.5m-£2m) and Optica G-BOPO.
Heard today that G-NAAB will soon be replaced with G-TVAM on a permanant basis - 'AM will be painted in a new livery for Hampshire & IoW Air Ambulance Service. Finally, a move to an EC135 is probably at least a year to 18 months away.
