.... the recent sale of restored Spitfire G-ILDA to Steve Brooks has meant that his AS350B3 N9FJ has visited the airfield on a couple of occasions now.I wonder if Mr Brooks is undertaking type conversion at Thruxton? Haven't seen the Spitfire in the air today, but, it's a lovely day for taking your new toy up & away!
Seen on the ILS approach to Boscombe Down was one of the two newly acquired Mil Mi-17's of the ETPS - (ZB697 & ZB698). Sadly, I didn't have the EF600mm with me!
