Two arrivals on the airfield this week.The first was Westland Scout G-BYKJ which is now based near Edinburgh. Pictured left earlier in it's life when based at Thruxton, still looks the same, but arrived this week on low loader.
The second was an R22 marked as G-BOEZ, which is now in fact G-RWIA. I assume it is now in Edmondsons for paint and to be marked with new registration before returning to it's maintenance base in the north.
Enstrom G-MHCF has departed, I think on low loader that brought G-RWIA. I have been told it left with new registration applied, same red\white scheme as before but now wears G-HKCF.
